Brief
Layher UK wished to update its website, improving user experience and accessibility, and re-scoping the communication of the company’s key messages. As the industry’s product selection and ordering processes migrate on site and mobile, a parallel requirement was to research, develop and integrate an ‘app’ accessible via multiple devices.
Solution
The concept of customer service as a part of Layher’s DNA had been developed and now also became the basis for a fresh, responsive and content-driven bespoke web solution. Effective SEO and intuitive navigation enabled fast access to key product information, news, videos, documentation and contacts, while increased functionality with the launch of the Layher Pick List made basic calculation easier in the customer ordering process.
